Once transported to TBC Recycler & Auctioneer the first part of the recycling process is the secure data destruction of all storage locations. After your data has been permanently destroyed from storage locations, the next stage would be the testing and asset reporting of all items. All asset numbers/serial numbers are recorded and a detailed report is produced specifying the outcome of all items. This will detail exactly what items were reused and what items were dismantled and physically recycled. All working components and reusable items are then redeployed for reuse. Any items deemed beyond economical repair are physically dismantled, broken down to their constituent parts and segregated according to material type. All parts of this recycling process are done in house at our service centre. The resulting materials are then sent to our partnered AATF within the UK for physical recycling.
Whilst there are a lot of expenses to cover
in the recycling process, there are times
when a collection involves a quantity of
equipment with a relatively high residual
value (for example boxed and unused
equipment). In cases such as these it
is entirely possible that we not only waiver
our modest collection charges, but we may
even pay you a return ...
