On collecting your equipment you will receive a Waste Transfer Note/Duty of care certificate which will outline the specifics of the collection, contain our environment agency registration/accreditation details, and the details of both the collection site and the final destination site (our recycling centre). Please note that this is a legal obligation as without this you will not be able to provide sufficient evidence that your equipment was disposed of in line with the UK and European WEEE directive should you be audited by the environment agency. Failure to comply could result in a fine of up £5000.
Once your equipment undergoes our secure data destruction and recycling process you will then receive an asset report detailing the specifics of the collection and documenting the outcome of each and every item. As data security is our primary concern you will also receive a certificate of data destruction, guaranteeing our highest level of data security and destruction as well as a certificate of recycling.
All documents are generally processed and sent out within only 14 days of the collection date. We pride ourselves in our fast and highly efficient service that allows us to process over 4000 items per week ensuring that you receive all your documentation promptly and efficiently.
